IACP sponsors international and regional conferences. Previous congresses
have been held in Umea, Sweden (1986), Oxford, England (1989), Toronto,
Canada (1992), Copenhagen, Denmark (1995), Acapulco, Mexico (1998),
Catania, Italy (2000), Vancouver, Canada (2001), Kobe, Japan (2004),
Gothenberg, Sweden, (2005) and Barcelona, Spain (2007). Other
international and regional conferences are also being planned, including the
International Congress of Cognitive Therapy to be held in Rome, Italy.
